2 pounds Chopped Conch #1
10-12 oz. Chopped Onions (1 Large)
3 oz. Chopped Red Bell Pepper
3 oz. Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
3 oz. Chopped Orange Bell Pepper
3 oz. Chopped Green Bell Pepper
2 ea. Cachucha Pepper
2 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon Salt
1 1/2 tablespoon Hot Pepper Calypso Sauce (Tropical pepper brand)
1 tablespoon Hot Mustard Sauce


Place chopped conch in a bowl, add lime juice, chopped peppers, onion and add orange juice. Mix well and all spices. Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit for 2 hours.

Makes approximately 5 1/2 lbs.
