Ingredients:
Conch, Flour, Onions, Bell Peppers, Carrots, Milk, Corn Meal, Eggs,
Garlic, Salt, Spices
- Preparation
- For best results, thaw product overnight in refrigerator. Mix
well and deep fry product at 350 degrees for three minutes. Refreezing
is not recommended. Shelf life is about 7 days.
- Portions
- It is recommended the use of a #70 disher or teaspoon for portioning
the Conch Batter Mix. This will provide 1/2 ounce fritters or
640 fritters per case.
- Pack
- It is available in an institutional pack of 4/5 lb. plastic
containers per master case.
