- Salted Cod Fillet, Flour, Water, Eggs, Peppers, Parsley, and Spices
- Preparation
- For best results, thaw overnight in refrigerator. Open container,
mix well and proceed to deep fry at 350 degrees for approximately
3 minutes using a teaspoon as measuring device. Refreezing is
not recommended. Shelf life is approximately one week after thawing
provided the product is maintained under proper refrigeration.
- Portion
- To control cost and quality, the use of a Teaspoon is recommended.
This will dispense a distinctive shape when portioning the Cod
Batter Mix. It will yield approximately 200 of 0.4 ounce fritters
per 5 lb container, or 400 per case.
- Packaging
- Foodservice: It is available in an institutional pack
of 4/5 lb. containers per master case. Retail: It comes
packed 2 / 7 oz containers per unit and 16 units per master case.
