Ingredients:
Fillet of Conch, Onions, Flour, Milk, Bell Pepper, Eggs, Garlic,
Salt, Black Pepper, Lime Juice and Hot Pepper Sauce.
- Preparation
- For best results, thaw product overnight in refrigerator. Open
container and mix well before proceeding to deep fry at 350 degrees
for approximately 3 minutes. Refreezing is not recommended. Once
thawed, shelf life is seven days.
- Portions
- To control cost and quality, it is recommended the user of a
#70 disher for portioning the Conch Batter Mix. This will provide
1/2 ounce fritters or about 640 fritters per case.
- Pack
- Foodservice: It is available in an institutional pack
of 4 / 5 lb. containers per
master case. Retail: It comes packed 2 / 7 oz containers
per unit and 16 units per master case.
