| Ingredients:
Conch Fillet, Onions, Flour, Milk, Carrots, Bell Pepper, Eggs, Garlic,
Salt, Black Pepper, Lime Juice, Spices
- Preparation
- For best results, thaw product overnight in refrigerator.
Open container and mix well before proceeding to fry at 350°
for about 3 minutes. Refreezing is not recommended. Once thawed,
shelf like is approximately seven days.
- Portions
- This versatile fritter can be made into any size fritter. Using
a #70 disher, will yield 128 ½ ounce fritters per container
or 512 per case. Using a #40 disher will yield 64 1-ounce fritters
per container or 256 per case.
- Pack
- It is available in an institutional pack of 4 / 4 lb. containers
per master case. Eight-ounce sample sizes are available upon request.
